About the property

Dolphin View is a spacious, beautifully presented property, sleeping 6 in an excellent location with parking, only 5 minutes from the harbour.  From the front terrace you can see the estuary as it goes out to meet the sea and watch the variety of boats flitting across the water.  As the name of the property suggests you may even spot a pod of dolphins! 

There are also wonderful golden beaches nearby connected by the Coastal Path for spectacular walks. You can hire bikes to cycle the Camel Trail to Wadebridge and beyond alongside the River Camel.

To welcome you, the Owners of Dolphin View provide a welcome pack which includes a homemade Cornish Cream Tea, coffee, tea and milk.

Sitting Room equipped with comfortable seating, television and DVD and flame effect gas fire.  Amazing views towards the Estuary and beyond.

Kitchen/breakfast room with electric cooker, feature duck-egg blue Rayburn (not normally in use) microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. This is an attractive room with a large table seating six, offering a spacious family environment.  Airing cupboard, iron, ironing board and clothes airer etc. Radio and CD player. 

Back door leads to lawned garden and pedestrian access to garage.

Master Bedroom with double bed, bed side tables, wardrobe and dressing table.  En-suite shower room  with WC, wash hand basin and electric towel rail. Stunning views of the Estuary and beyond.

Bedroom 2 with two single beds with chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3 with double bed with bed side tables, wardrobe, dressing table, comfortable chair and wash hand basin.

Family Bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

The centrally heated property is fully equipped for a maximum of 6 people. A travel cot and high chair are available with prior notice.

The rear garden is private and totally enclosed but there are steps up from the patio level to the lawn so care must be taken with small children. Also to the rear is a garage accessed by a communal driveway.  The front garden offers a small lawned area with garden furniture.

Dolphin View is a totally non smoking establishment and no pets are allowed.
