Trevone Self Catering Accommodation  

Curlews is a spacious and well presented detached bungalow situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, offering very comfortable accommodation and far reaching views of Trevone Bay. The beach is less than a short 10 minute walk, making Curlews an ideal family holiday home.

Trevone has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and benefits from a public house.  Padstow is only 2 miles away, and the championship links golf course of Trevose is within 3 miles. 

The accommodation consists of a kitchen / spacious L shaped dining / lounge area with patio doors leading to a paved patio area with garden furniture, leading to a pretty lawned garden with extensive splendid coastal views.

There are three bedrooms, offering king size double accommodation, twin accommodation, with a shower en-suite and TV, and a three bedded room.  There is also a family bathroom and utility area.

Accommodation Description

Front door leads into the entrance hall. An L-shaped area includes a fitted kitchen,dining area to seat 8 and a comfortable lounge with wood floor throughout. This opens to a patio and lawned garden with garden furniture and includes an outbuilding for storage. To the right-hand, a utility room with washing machine, ironing board and hanging space.  

Kitchen:- Fridge freezer, eye level double oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, dining table and chairs. 

Lounge:- Coffee Table, 1 x 2 seater sofa and 1 x 3 seater sofa,  Digital Flat Screen TV, DVD, Digital Radio / Music Centre with ipod docking station /  MP3 connection. Wood burner.   Wood floor throughout. 

Leading to patio and lawned garden with garden furniture via patio doors.  There is also an outbuilding to one side of the garden for storage and includes body surf boards, sun-loungers and BBQ etc.

Bedroom 1:- Super King size double with lovely views of Trevone Bay.

Bedroom 2:- twin (can be utilised as a double) with shower en-suite and TV. 

Bedroom 3: 3 x single beds.

Family bathroom includes wc, washbasin, heated towel rail, bath and electric power shower over and wall heater.

Duvets and pillows supplied, bring your own linen and towels.

Gas and electricity are included.

Parking for 3 cars.

Please note; all beds have single duvets including the super king size double.
