With large and spacious rooms, Chy Lymner provides an ideal holiday home for large families. Utilising the master bedroom with en-suite and the main lounge with uninterrupted views of the bay,  Chy Lymner also provides a good base for couples wishing to explore the north Cornish coast.

Front entrance through to Hall leading to:

Bedroom 1: Twin with bedside cabinet, two chairs and double fitted wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Twin with bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and double fitted wardrobe. Fold up bed for extra sleeping accommodation can also be located In this room.

Bedroom 3: Single with bedside cabinet, double wardrobe and chair.

Family bathroom with WC, wash hand basin, bath with shower over and centrally heated towel rail. 

Children's Lounge with sea views and patio doors leading to garden. Double sofa bed and standard sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player and Ipod docking station.

Kitchen featuring recently fitted base and wall units, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, fridge/ freezer and microwave.  Table seating 6. Views towards to the bay.

Utility Area with washing machine, extra fridge and cloak room with WC.

Back door Leading to patio and garden.

First Floor

Stairs lead to Main Lounge / Living Area with amazing uninterrupted views of the bay and beyond.  This spacious room has plenty of comfortable furniture in which to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the bay, the blow hole and sea beyond.  TV and DVD player, table and chairs seating 4. (2 further chairs available in the lounge area, allowing the dining table to seat 6.)

Master Bedroom

Double with sea views, bedside cabinet and / dressing table  with mirror and shaver-light and clothes hanging space.

En-suite Shower Room with WC, Wash hand basin and centrally heated towel rail.

Outside:  Garden with side gates and patio with BBQ. 

Parking for up to 3 cars. 

Storage area for bikes, wet suites etc.

Bed Linen provided, please bring own towels.
