Recently extended and refurbished, the house can comfortably accommodate two families. There are gardens to the front and rear, paved area and steps to an upper terrace. The property is situated a short walk away from the Padstow harbour, restaurants, shops and the Camel Estuary.

Inner hallway leading to Sitting Room with fireplace and comfortable seating.

Kitchen/Dining area, complete with Aga, is spacious and is well equipped with French doors to paved area with outdoor seating.

Ground floor Wet Room.

Stairs to the first floor which features an original stained glass window.

Bedroom One: Standard double bed and a bay window with estuary views, with door onto balcony.

Bedroom Two: 5’ double bed which converts to two singles beds if required.  Estuary views.

Bedroom Three: Double bedroom looking over the rear garden. 

There is a well appointed family bathroom with shower.

Bedroom Four: Double bedroom and two single futon beds. En-suite shower room.  The French windows with Juliet balcony offer panoramic views from the mouth of the Camel Estuary around towards Wadebridge.

Pets are accepted but by prior arrangement only.

Parking for  1 car to the rear elevation. 

Bed linen, towels, pillows and duvets are supplied, please indicate linen requirements at the same time as reserving this property.  Bring your own beach towels.

Gas and Electricity included in rental.

The changeover day is Friday, but there is flexibility out of season for a week end and special breaks.
