Utility Room:- With sink and washing machine. WC. Garage houses garden furniture, body-boards and tumble dryer.
First floor with large landing with dresser and book shelves.
Bedroom 2:- Double with dressing table and fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 3:- Twin with dressing table, drawers and fitted wardrobe. Storage area for cot and high chair.

Electricity is paid via a coin meter.
