Lounge featuring 2 leather sofas, TV,  leading to a well equipped Kitchen.

The first floor landing has a comfortable daybed. 

Bedroom 1: King-size Double with TV and DVD player, beamed ceiling, Shower En-Suite and far reaching views to the front elevation. 

Bedroom 2: Twin with  TV and DVD player, beamed ceiling. 

Bathroom with low level WC, wash hand basin, bath and heated towel rail.

Gas Hob, Eye level electric oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer. TV and DVD player. Paved patio and parking.

Changeover Day is Friday, but there is flexibility outside the high season.
