Tucked away at the end of a quiet farm track, Atlantic View Bungalow offers a peaceful setting with views over the sandy beach at Mawgan Porth and the sea beyond.  Atlantic View Bungalow is a light modern property  accommodating 8 guests in comfort.

Mawgan Porth with its beautiful sandy beach is ideally positioned to take full advantage of all North Cornwall's beautiful scenery and leisure opportunities. (The beach is about 1/2 a mile down a hill.) Enjoy the historic harbour town of Padstow just 15 minutes drive along the coast with it's interesting shops and fabulous dining including Rick Stein's world renowned Seafood Restaurant.

Accommodation Description

Just 2 minutes drive and you're at Watergate Bay a great destination for adrenalin seekers - the Extreme Academy offers everything from kite surfing to mountain boarding while the Beach Hut and Jamie Oliver's 15 Cornwall will cater for your every culinary desire.  Situated in St Mawgan is The Falcon Public House and in Trevarrian, The Travellers Rest Public House, both very popular venues.

The South West Coast Path runs right through Mawgan Porth and within a few hundred metres of Atlantic View Bungalow - whether you turn left towards Newquay or right towards Padstow you will be rewarded with some of the finest coastal scenery in the United Kingdom, from dramatic, towering cliffs to secluded, tranquil beaches with plenty of opportunities for refreshment along the way.

Living Area 

The combined lounge and dining room is a light and spacious room with great views over the valley, beach and out to sea.  The dining area comfortably seats 8 people and the Lounge offers comfortable seating, TV and DVD player.   French doors open out onto a gravelled terrace ideal for alfresco dining and the private gardens offer grassy areas and pretty flower beds.

The Hall has a telephone (restricted to local calls only) and plenty of storage cupboards. 

Kitchen 

The kitchen is well equipped with modern cooker and separate hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and microwave oven.

Bedrooms 

2 king size double bedrooms, (one with sea views) 1 twin room and another with bunk beds (with sea views) are decorated in relaxing, neutral tones with crisp cotton bedding.

The bathroom is centrally positioned with WC, wash hand basin and bath with powerful shower over. There is a second WC in a separate room.

Outside there are gardens with a terraced area and BBQ. There is also parking for 3 cars and outside shed ideal for bicycles and wet suit storage.
