No 8 Mill Road is a nicely presented 3 bedroom character Padstow Cottage, ideal for romantic getaways or family breaks, located in the old part of Padstow.  Due to the convenient location of this property, there are many superb restaurants to suit all tastes including Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant.

The championship links golf course of Trevose is within a couple of miles drive, and the coastline surrounding Padstow has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and many of Cornwall's finest bays are within a five mile radius.

Stairs to Lower Ground Floor/Basement: Bedroom 3: Twin with fitted wardrobe. (This room has non standard mattresses with beds that fit the contours of the room.)  Shower Room with WC, Wash hand basin and Shower cubical.  Washing Machine, Tumble Drier and Iron etc.  (There is also a small cellar with very limited height restrictions, and an extra fridge and freezer can be utilised here if arranged in advance.)

From lounge Stairs up to: Bedroom 2 - Twin Beds with fitted wardrobes.  Bedroom 1 - Double King size with fitted wardrobes and views over the old part of Padstow and beyond. Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
