5 Middle Street is a three storey cottage, full of character and charm situated in the old part of the town. The property is spacious, light, has been recently extended from the back elevation, and is  just a short walk to the harbour. The breakfast area in the kitchen has patio doors opening out to an attractive patio garden with garden furniture.

Due to the convenient location of this property, there are many superb restaurants to suit all tastes including Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant. The championship links golf course of Trevose is within a couple of miles drive,  with three courses offering a challenge to golfers of all abilities.

Kitchen - light and spacious with 3 Velux windows and patio doors leading to a patio area with garden furniture.  Well appointed with fridge freezer, washer dyer, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave and a range of recently fitted kitchen units.

Stairs lead to

Bedroom 1: Double with pine dressing table and mirror, bed side cabinets and fitted wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Bunk Room with chest of drawers and hanging space just outside the bedroom door.

Bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with electric shower over.

Second staircase leads to

Bedroom 3: Twin with chest of drawers and curtained hanging space.

Bedroom 4: Twin with bedside table and chest of drawers.
