19 Duke Street is a well presented apartment situated in the heart of Padstow, located within a couple of minutes walk from the harbour. The property has recently undergone extensive refurbishment, and finished to a very high standard, consisting of two double bedrooms, open plan kitchen and living area, and a delightful Juliette balcony overlooking the south facing patio.

Due to the convenient location of this property, there are many superb restaurants to suit all tastes including Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant. The championship links golf course of Trevose is within a couple of miles drive,  with three courses offering a challenge to golfers of all abilities.

19 Duke Street's stylish interiors are not suitable to be occupied by children, therefore bookings are only accepted for persons of age 18 and over.
