Bedroom 1: Double, Bedroom 2: Twin with views over the estuary, Bedroom 3: Bunk beds.   

Bathroom with wash hand basin, bath, W.C. and separate shower cubicle.

Cloakroom with W.C. and wash hand basin.

Facilities:
Central heating to ground floor, bathroom and cloakroom and electric convector heaters in the bedrooms. Changeover Day - Friday, but there is flexibility out of season for week-end and special breaks.
