The only information collected from you are your basic contact details (including names of individuals and ages of juniors) when you make a booking request or sign up for a brochure or to receive details of special offers.
Why we collect your information
We collect this information for two primary reasons:
So that we can process your booking request and contact you back with all the relevant details avoiding the need for your to have to contact us to make a request.
So that we can contact you, if you have given us permission, to advise you of any up and coming special offers that may interest you, and or, send you a brochure if you have requested it. We will also contact you towards the end of our year to see if you would like to book the same, or similar property for a similar time for the following year.
How we use your information
We gather and use information for:
- Electronic communication: We prefer to contact you via e-mail. Or, if you prefer, we will use the details you have provided to contact you by letter.
- Property requests: We collect personal information when you request a property. We collect this information to respond to your request, to obtain payment, and to communicate with you about your booking.
- Contact information: If you contact us, we will keep a record of your correspondence or comments, including personal information. We use this information to help us provide better service in the event you contact us again and so that we can contact you for any holiday offers.
Do we share your information?
We do not share your information with any third party. Your data is kept in a secure environment and only used by Cole Rayment and White staff.
Your choices
We will not use the personal information collected on the site in ways unrelated to the purpose for which you provided the information i.e. to make a booking request or by logging your personal contact details to be sent a brochure or be informed about special offers.
