Information

Entering your booking details

Please refer to your booking form and enter the booking reference and the surname that the booking was made in. After entering the details into the online form, click on the 'Submit Booking Details' and the system will retrieve your full booking details and display them on screen.

The system will give you the following three options:

• If you have already paid the balance, you will simply see the breakdown of payments confirming this. No payment will be asked for.
• If you have paid a deposit, this information will be displayed and you can pay the balance shown.
• If you have not made a payment yet, you will have the option of paying a deposit, as determined by the system, or the full balance.
