Swallow Court Cottage is a well presented converted barn in the courtyard of Molesworth Manor.  The Cottage shares the Manor gardens and sleeps six with the option of eight by utilising the sofa bed in the living area. 

Swallow Court Cottage retains many original features including wooden beams and slate floors and has been decorated in an elegant and modern style.

Molesworth Manor is a former rectory dating from the early 17th Century. It is situated in an attractive garden 2 miles from the fishing port of Padstow and is conveniently located for a wide range of activities and attractions. Other attractions include sandy beaches, the Eden Project, and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The surrounding area also has excellent restaurants, bistros and pubs.
