We understand that you may not be able to book a full week’s stay, so some of our properties offer flexible short breaks, subject to the owners discretion.
(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)
Low Season short breaks 2018 – 5th January to 9th February, 16th February to 30th March and 26th October to 30th November, 14th December to 21st December
Mid-Season short breaks 2018 – 9th – 16th February, 13th – 27th April, 4th to 25th May, 1st to 29th June and 7th September to 12th October

Rock Self Catering Accommodation
Colonial style detached family holiday home within walking distance of the village inn. Trewestcot is situated in a quiet location a short drive from the beaches at Rock, Polzeath and Daymer Bay and offers spacious and comfortable accommodation. Trewestcot has large lawned gardens and ample parking, perfect for family holidays.
There is an upstairs games room with table tennis table and pavillion in the garden housing a double shower, wc and barbeque area.
Bed linen included in the rental cost, please bring your own towels.

Parking - ample parking on gravelled drive.
Please note there is planning permission for two houses to be built on land to the North West of the property. The builder will be living on site so hopefully there will be a measure of control but there will be construction work for the next two years.
The property is approached over a gravel drive with level gravel paths to the front verandah of the property, where there is a step up onto the verandah and a second larger step up into the porch of the property. Once inside there is level access to all rooms apart from the games room on the first floor which is up a turning staircase
