Trenaton is a delightfully spacious detached residence situated in the old part of Padstow town in an elevated position, affording spectacular views of the Camel Estuary and Rock. Ideally located, the house is just 0.2 mile from the harbour, restaurants, shops and local sandy beaches. There is parking for three cars and an attractive private south facing lawned garden and patio area. This lovely holiday home is attractively furnished, centrally heated, Wi Fi access and is very well equipped.

There is a gated pathway with three steps up to the front door of Trenaton; there is a raised threshold at this door. All doorways in the property have slightly raised wooden thresholds.
From the Hallway there is a right hand 90 degree bottom winder staircase to the first floor, with 1 tread, then 3 corner treads and then 9 treads up to the upstairs landing.
From the Living Room there is access to the rear garden with two steps down to a raised terrace, which wraps around the property and gives access to the front of Trenaton via secure gated paths. This is also accessible from the kitchen via a stable door and two steps. A further three steps will take you down on to a small lawned area. To the left there is an archway to further paved terraces. These can also be accessed from the utility room doorway, which has two steps down to the first of three terraces. The terraces are separated by 4 steps and then 3 steps. There is a rotary washing line on the middle level of the terrace and a shed containing the garden furniture and BBQ on the lower level.
The doorways to the bathroom and en-suites measure 27 inches/68.6 cm.
