Padstow Self Catering Accommodation:
Stowaway Cottage in Church Lane is a well presented 2 bedroom character Padstow Cottage accommodating 4, with the option of sleeping an extra 1 person utilising a folding bed in the Twin Bedroom.
The property boasts an enclosed patio and parking for 2 cars which is very sought after within the old town of Padstow. The cottage is located within 300 yards of the harbour and a variety of amenities, restaurants and shops.
The coastline surrounding Padstow has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and many of Cornwall's finest bays are within a five mile radius.
Front Door leads to
Living Area, with 2 two seater sofas, Flat-screen digital TV with Free-view and DVD. Electric Log Burner style heater and stairs leading to the first floor. Dining Area with table and chairs.
Kitchen with door leading to patio area.
Bedroom 1 - double room with fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 - twin room with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and fold up bed.
Family bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with electric shower over.

There is a gated path giving access to Stowaway Cottage, with a ramped step just inside the gateway and one step up to the front door and a raised threshold at the doorway giving access to the carpeted Living Area. There is a small change to the floor level where the floor covering changes in the Kitchen area at the rear of this room.
From the Kitchen door, a raised threshold and 3 steps down gives access to the outside, with a part-paved, part-pebbled garden wrapping itself around 3 sides of this semi-detached property, with 1 step up to the front elevation.
From the Living Area a 13 tread staircase leads to the first floor landing. The Twin Bedroom is accessed via a doorway measuring 29.75 inches/75.6cm, the Bathroom doorway is 27 inches/ 68.6cm and the doorway to the Double Bedroom measures 30 inches/76.2cm.
