Padstow Self Catering Accommodation
St Pirans is a three storey, grade two listed Padstow town house full of character and charm, in a central location just 200m from the town and harbour.
The lounge boasts an attractive open fire place, (which can be used in the winter months) and wooden flooring. The beds in the 4 bright and airy bedrooms are prepared prior to your arrival, the master bedroom benefiting from an adjoining shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. St Pirans also benefits from WiFi.

Changeover Day - Friday
There is a raised threshold to the front door of St Pirans, giving access to the wooden floored Hallway. From the Hallway there is a small step down in to the Living Room and a small step up into the Kitchen/Dining Room. This room is on two levels with 2 steps up to the kitchen area. There is one step at the back door with a raised threshold to the first terrace.
There are 8 uneven depth steps to the terrace and utility room which has a raised threshold. A further terrace can be accessed via a narrow set of steps measuring 23 inches/58.4 cm wide, with 4 steps, a 90 degree turn to the right, 4 more steps and another 90 degree turn to the right and further 3 steps.
From the Hallway there is a double winder staircase with 9 treads, a 90 degree left turn, 1 step and a second 90 degree left turn. From here you can go up, three treads on the Right Hand side to access the Family Bathroom and Shower Room, or go up a further 4 treads to the first floor landing.
There is a restricted head height of 67 inches/170.2 cm at the doorway that accesses the Bath /Shower Rooms and the shower has an 11.8 inch/30cm high raised threshold.
Both the Bedrooms on the first floor are accessed via doorways which measure 70 inches/177.8cm in height.
A second double winder staircase leads to the top floor, with 7 treads, a 90 degree left turn, one step and a second 90 degree left turn with 4 more treads to the top floor landing. The height is restricted at the top of the staircase to 66 inches/167.7 cm. Doorways to both Twin Room and the entrance to the Double Room and Shower Room measure 69 inches/177 cm in height. Doorways into the Double Room and the Shower Room are both 78.5 inches/199cm high and 29 inches/73.7cm wide.
