Padstow Self Catering Accommodation
Sorrel Cottage is one of 12 modern properties situated in an attractive rural Courtyard setting just on the outskirts of the Harbour town of Padstow. The property is well presented and benefits from having parking for two cars which makes it an ideal base for getting to all the lovely local beaches and surrounding countryside. NB. For parties of up to 10 you have the opportunity of booking Poppies (5 Meadow Court) if available.
Open planned kitchen/lounge/diner with Ipod docking station.
WC with wash hand basin.
First floor: Bedroom 1 - Double with en-suite bathroom with shower over, wc and basin.
Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom en-suite with shower, wc and wash hand basin.
Outside: Lawned front garden and sheltered courtyard with tables and chairs, BBQ and parking for 2 cars.
Bedding - pillows, duvets supplied together with linen and towels.
Changeover day - Saturday.
Gas and Electricity supplied.
From parking area, there is a gated footpath to the front door of Sorrel. There is one step over a raised threshold into a tiled hallway. Access to the downstairs toilet is through a door measuring 26.4 inches /67cm.
From the open plan living/dining/kitchen area there is access to the courtyard area through French doors measuring 30 inches/ 76.2 cm each, with a raised threshold and one step down.
A double winder staircase leads from the living room to the first floor. The staircase is 27.6 inches/ 70cm wide with 2 treads to the corner, three corner treads turning 90 degrees to the left, a further 4 treads take you to the second set of 3 corner treads turning a further 90 degrees to the left and two treads to the upstairs landing.
All doorways on the first floor measure 26.4 inches/67 cm. In the Twin Room there is limited access at the foot of the beds decreasing to 10 inches/25.4 cm in places. Access to the shower cubicle in the twin Room ensuite is over a threshold of 10 inches/25.4 cm.
