Sandbanks is a lovely family holiday home, based on three levels with really stunning views over the Estuary from both the upstairs lounge french doors, decorative Juliet balcony and balcony with seating accessed from the kitchen / dining area. The property is situated within 500m of the harbour, restaurants, shops and the Camel Trail. Sandbanks also boasts parking for two/three cars at the front of the property.
This house is very well presented and equipped with everything you need to make your Padstow holiday a special one. Outside the balcony seating overlooks, a large landscaped patio garden with lighting, garden furniture and BBQ is available when the weather is fine, perfect for "al fresco" dining! There is one step up to the front door of Sandbanks with a raised threshold into the porch and a raised threshold at the inner doorway into the wooden floored hallway. All rooms can be accessed from the Hallway.
The stairs to the First floor are directly ahead of you when entering the property with 14 treads.
The wood floor continues into the kitchen. There are bi-fold doors with a raised threshold opening onto the decked balcony and then 10 steps lead down to the rear garden.
Entrance to Bedroom 1 is through doorway measuring 30 inches/ 76.2cm. Ensuite doorway is non-standard, measuring 27 inches/68.6cm, with limited access around wash hand basin.

Entrance to Bedroom 4 is through doorway measuring 30 inches/ 76.2cm and down a stair case with 9 treads. This lower ground floor bedroom has a restricted head height of 6ft/177.8cm. There is an external door to the pebbled patio area and pathway that extends around back and side of the property and gives access to the outside space which is over two levels.
