Padstow Self Catering Accommodation
Poppies is one of 12 modern properties situated in an attractive rural Courtyard setting just on the outskirts of the Harbour town of Padstow. The property is well presented and benefits from having parking for two cars which makes it an ideal Padstow holiday base for getting to all the lovely local beaches and surrounding countryside. NB. For parties of up to 10 you have the opportunity of booking Sorrel Cottage (10 Meadow Court) if available.
Entrance hall. Open planned kitchen/lounge/diner with Ipod docking station.
Shower room with WC and wash hand basin.
First floor: Bedroom 1 - Double with En-suite shower, WC and basin.
Bedroom 2 - Twin bedded room.
Bathroom with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 3 - Double bedroom (downstairs).
Outside: Sheltered courtyard with tables and chairs and parking for 2 cars.
Bedding - pillows, duvets supplied together with linen and towels.
Changeover day - Saturday. Gas and Electricity supplied.
Parking for Poppies is in the first entrance of the Meadow Court development. From the parking spaces, walk out of the entrance and around to the left to the front of Poppies, with two steps down from the footpath adjacent to the lane. There is 1 step up and a raised threshold to the front door. There is one step down into the hallway and a tiled floor through into the downstairs shower room with a door width of 26.5 inches / 67.3 cm. There is access to the living/dining/kitchen area from the hall way.
There is access via French doors from the kitchen area, with a raised threshold and one step down to the patio/courtyard area, with each door measuring 21 inches/ 53.3 cm. Also from the living area, again with a raised threshold and one step down to the patio/courtyard area, these French doors measure 27.75 inches/ 70.5 cm.
There is also access to the downstairs double bedroom with a slightly raised wooden threshold into this carpeted room.
From the corner of the living room there is a mid winder staircase, with four treads to the corner, four corner treads turning 90 degrees to the right and then a further 5 treads.
The 3 rooms upstairs are accessed from the landing space with doorways measuring 27.4 inches/67 cm. Head height is limited to both sides of these rooms as they have been built within the roof space.
The en-suite adjacent to the Master Bedroom has a doorway measuring 26 inches/66cm. The door needs to be closed to be able to access the toilet.
