Padders is a well presented detached Padstow holiday home located within 1km walk of the harbour and a variety of amenities, restaurants and shops. The property benefits from stunning views of the estuary, the iron bridge and beyond from both the Living Room and main Bedroom windows. The coastline surrounding Padstow has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and many of Cornwall's finest bays are within a five mile radius.
Front Door leads to Entrance Hall leading to:
Living Area with Fireplace with Electric flame effect fire, 2 x sofas (one is a sofa bed), dining room table and chairs, TV, Video, DVD and Hi-Fi. Patio Doors lead to rear lawned garden with wooden garden furniture.
Kitchen equipped with Fridge Freezer, Washing machine, Microwave, Electric Oven and Gas Hob, Breakfast bar and stools and door leading to back garden.
Family Bathroom includes bath with electric shower over, wash hand basin and towel rail. Separate WC.
Bedroom 1 - King size with stunning views of the estuary and beyond, TV and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 - King size with roll away single bed underneath, TV, DVD, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.
Outside: Enclosed lawned garden to the rear with wooden garden furniture and garden shed. Lawned front garden with parking for two cars.
Dogs are accepted but are restricted to living room and kitchen area only, please refer to terms and conditions for the standard restrictions when pets are staying.
Pillows and duvets are supplied. Please provide your own bed linen and towels.
Gas and Electricity included in rental.
The changeover day is Saturday, but there is flexibility out of season for week end and special breaks.
Access to Padders is via a path running to the right hand side of the garage. There are two steps up to the path that runs in front of the property. Five steps lead up to the front door which has a raised threshold, care should as there is no handrail.There is also access to the back of Padders via a path around the left hand side of the property. There is one step down onto this path, then one step up to the gate. The path continues with two steps leading to the back door. From the dining area, there is a door out to the rear garden. The doorway has a raised threshold then two steps down to path and garden. The back door is a non standard width measuring 27 inches/68.6 cm. All internal doors measure 28 inches/71.1 cm. The front door measures 30 inches/76.2 cm.
