(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)

Polzeath Self Catering Accommodation
Ogilvie is a detached dormer bungalow set in large lawned gardens, accessed via a private road. The property benefits from wonderful sea views and is within 10/15 minutes' walk of the beach and amenities at Polzeath via a public footpath. The property is equipped to a very high standard with ample parking, outside shower, sun deck, outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ.
Door into Kitchen/Breakfast Room. Lounge with open fire and large picture windows overlooking the sea and beach at Polzeath. Door to sun deck. Dining Room with ample seating for 8 occupants. Bedroom 1: Double bed. Bedroom 2: Twin beds, Shower room with wc and separate wc.
Upstairs Bedroom 3: Twin/superking size zip and link beds, Bedroom 4: Twin beds, Bathroom on the First floor with shower over bath and wc.
The property is approached down an unmade and un-adopted private road with pot holes. There is a concrete drive and hard standing for parking, four steps up to front door and not suitable for wheelchair.
Once inside, ground floor accommodation all level with two steps to rear decked patio area. Stairs lead to first floor.
