Newland is a 2 storey dormer style house offering comfortable accommodation for 8 people. The house is decorated and furnished with a nautical theme with beamed ceilings on the ground floor and offers stunning views over Harlyn Bay.
Stepper, the neighbouring attached house accommodates 4 people and can be booked along with Newland, depending on availability, for large groups of 12.
Harlyn Bay is one of the most popular beaches on the North Cornish Coast, Newland allows you to enjoy the views at close proximity.
The historic fishing port and harbour town of Padstow is just over 4 miles away. In recent years this has been made famous by Rick Stein and the Seafood Restaurant, although there are many other superb restaurants to suit all tastes. The championship links golf course of Trevose is within a couple of miles drive, with three courses offering a challenge to golfers of all abilities.

Kitchen with feature beams and a high standard of base and wall units, feature electric Aga, electric cooker, dish washer, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge and freezer, microwave etc. Large dining table and chairs to seat 8. Two cane chairs and flat screen TV. Cloak / storage area, pantry and door to outside decked area. (Locked and secure double connecting door to Stepper.)
Shower Room with shower cubical, wash hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 3: Twin configuration with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets.
Bedroom 4: Double with wash hand basin, double pine chest of drawers, 2 bed side tables, cot and sliding doors to lawned gardens.
Landing with feature map wall, book shelves and locked and secure double connecting door to Stepper.
Lounge with amazing sea views over Harlyn Bay and beyond, open fire, 2 comfortable sofas, window seats, 3 chairs, occasional tables, flat screen TV and DVD Player. With stunning sea views from the front of the lounge and velux windows across the rear, this living space is a very light and pleasant room, a great feature of the house.
Bedroom 1: Twin with sea views via velux and side windows, pine chest of drawers, 2 chairs and luggage stand.
Bedroom 2: Twin with sea views, pine chest of drawers and 2 chairs.
Family Bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath.
Outside: Lawned gardens, washing line and parking for up to 6 cars. Decked area to front of the house and adjoining gate to Stepper. Garden WC.
Duvets and pillows provided, please bring own bed linen and towels.
Electricity and oil included in rental.
Pets are accepted but by prior arrangement with the owner at a charge of £25.00 per pet and should be restricted to carpet free areas only.
The changeover day is Thursday, but there is flexibility out of season for week end and special breaks.
There is one step up to the front door of Newland and a raised threshold. Doorways are approximately 29.5 inches/74.9 cm wide unless otherwise stated.
The patio doors with a raised threshold open onto the decking behind the property. There are steps down from the decking to the side of the house and the rest of the garden.
There is a bottom winder staircase to the first floor with 2 treads, 3 corner treads and 8 treads to the landing. The doorway to the WC on the first floor measures 26 inches/66cm wide.
There are two steps up between the interconnecting doors of Newland and Stepper.
