Menethdowr is a large family house with stunning panoramic views over the estuary and beyond. With easy access to the Camel Trail, Menethdowr is approximately 800m from the harbour and old town. The property has spacious rooms over two floors, with 4 bedrooms, two of which are En-suite.
Menethdowr has an extensive garden with off road parking for several cars, making it an ideal holiday home for large families.

Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement. Pet security deposit of £100 required, which is returned once the property has been checked on departure and confirmation received that no additional cleaning/remedial work was necessary.
Menethdowr is approached by a steeply sloping driveway to the right hand side of the property. All doorways in this property are 29.5 inches/ 74.9 cm wide unless stated. The entrance door is at the back of the property, at the top of the slope. The doorway is 30 inches/76.2cm wide and has a raised threshold. On entering the property Bedroom One is to the right hand side and has patio doors that have a raised threshold and one step down to access the rear garden and decking area.
The Hallway is on two levels, with two steps in between the levels; the back door is straight ahead and accesses the rear garden with 3 steps down to the patio, garden and decking. One step up to the left accesses the Kitchen/Dining Room. From here there are doors to both the Hall and Living Room, with a slight change to the floor level when entering the Living Room. A second door accesses the Hallway from the Living Room and this is 28 inches/71.1cm wide. From the Hallway there are doors to the Side Porch, with one step down at the threshold and a raised threshold at the external door with 5 steps down to the driveway at the side of the property. The doorway to Bedroom 2 is 28.5/72.4cm wide.
A bottom winder staircase takes you to the Lower Ground Floor; there are 10 treads, a 90 degree turn to the left and then 5 treads to the downstairs Hallway. The Doorways to both Bedrooms and the en-suites are 28 inches/71.1cm wide and there is a doorway to the Front Porch and then from the front door there are two steps down to the path and garden to the front of Menethdowr.
