(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)

Polzeath Self Catering Accommodation
Detached dormer bungalow with four bedrooms a short walk from the beach at Polzeath, and a reasonably short walk from Daymer Bay, Greenaway and the surrounding coastline. Meneghy is a comfortable family holiday home with a large garden to the front with decked area leading out from the loungedining room. Raised parking space to the rear.
Access to Meneghy is by private road unsuitable for low slung vehicles.
Ground floor: Entrance door into large open hallway leading to:
Kitchen - bright room with good facilities.
Bathroom with wc bath with shower over and hand basin.
Living/Dining room with sofas, tv and open fire (please bring your own logs or replace the ones provided)
Bedroom 2 - Double bed with glazed doors leading single bedded room (bedroom 4),
Bedroom 3 - Twin bedroom
Bedroom 1 - Twin Beds. Shower room with wc.
Outside - Raised driveway with parking for 1 car with steps down leading to the back door. The large sunny garden is located at the front of the property with a sun deck of the lounge diner to relax on after a hard day at hte beach.
Meneghy is approached down a private, bumpy, un-adopted road. It is recommended that access is made from Francis Lane. Follow this road and then turn right at the little grass triangle and approach the property from above, as the road is not quite so bad from this direction. There is parking for 1 vehicle on hardstanding in front of the garage. From this hardstanding there is one large step and then one normal step down to the front door – this would make the property unsuitable for wheelchair access. Once down these steps there is a concrete path around part of the bungalow but then steps down to the rear lawn or up to the rear decking.
