Little Tremawr is approached via a gravelled driveway with large paved ramp to the front door, which is on the side of the property. Entrance is into the tiled hallway, which then gives access to all of the downstairs rooms. The downstairs reception room has French doors to the outside and 2 large steps down to the front garden.
There is also access to the rear garden via the Utility room, with one step over the threshold and one step down to the path that goes around the property.
Access to the first floor is via a U shaped staircase, with 7 stairs before the landing and then a further 6 stairs, taking you into the open plan kitchen/living/dining area.
The balcony is situated across the front of this room and is accessed via french doors that have a slightly raised threshold to the doorway.
There is a paved path way all around the outside of the property and a raised grassed area to the rear of the house, which is accessible via two large steps. To access the back garden from the front door of the property, continue down the side of the property via 3 irregular steps along the path for a short distance and then up a small step through an un-gated archway.
