(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)
Low Season short breaks 2018 – 5th January to 9th February, 16th February to 30th March and 26th October to 30th November, 14th December to 21st December
Mid-Season short breaks 2018 – 9th – 16th February, 13th – 27th April, 4th to 25th May, 1st to 29th June and 7th September to 12th October

Heidaway Cottage is a mid-terraced 'dog friendly' property within 900m of the Harbour and Old Town.
The owners have recently refurbished the house and done their best to think of everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable, making it a cosy base for your holidays in Padstow.
At the rear is a decked patio area accessed via the Patio doors from the Lounge. Parking is also available at the back of the property.

Living/Dining Room with 2 comfortable sofas, pine chest of drawers, dining room table and 4 chairs, coffee table etc, SMART TV and Fire. Patio Doors to outside space.
First Floor: Bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over.
Bedroom 1: Double with fitted wardrobes, cupboards and TV.
Bedroom 2: 3’ Twin or super king double bed with built-in wardrobe, pine chest of drawers and bed side cabinets.
Bedding: Duvets, Pillows, Bed Linen and towels provided.
Heating and Electricity: included in rental.
Changeover Day - Friday.

There is one step up to the raised threshold of the front door which is 32 inches/81.3cm wide. Entry is into the hallway from here there is access :
to the kitchen via a glazed door which is 29.5 inches/75 cm wide.
to the downstairs WC with doorway measuring 27 inches/68.6 cm wide, there is restricted height in the corner of this room as it is built in under the stairs.
to the Living/Dining room via a glazed door measuring tiered decked rear garden.
The staircase to the first floor is in the corner of the living/dining room and is 32 inches/81.3 cm wide, there are 2 treads then 4 corner treads turning 90 degrees to the left and then a further 7 treads to the first floor landing.
The three doorways upstairs are all 26.4 inches/67 cm wide.
