Padstow Self Catering Accommodation
Originally part of Padstow’s old Schoolhouse, this Grade II Listed character property has been sympathetically modernised offering stylish, warm, cosy accommodation. Many of the original features have been retained, the Gothic windows being of particular interest. Heather House is within 360 yards of Padstow Harbour, local pubs, restaurants, shops, galleries and sandy beach at St Georges Well. Set in an attractive courtyard the property has its own designated parking space.

Kitchen - refurbished with a range of base units, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Utility Room with washing machine and tumble drier.

The footpath to the front door of Heather House is one step up from the car parking area and then there is a further deep step and a raised threshold to the front door of the property. This gives access to a small Hallway with a 28inch/71.1cm doorway to the right to the downstairs WC. To the left is the doorway measuring 30 inches/76.2 cm to the Living/Dining Room and from here, there are two steps down into the Kitchen and Utility Room. There is access to the outside from the Utility Room with one step down to the paved area at the rear of the property.
Also from the Living/Dining Room there are two steps down to the corner seating area and the staircase to the First Floor. This mid winder staircase has 7 treads, then 4 corner treads turning 90 degrees to the right and then a further 4 treads to the landing. The Master Bedroom is accessed via a doorway measuring 29.5 inches/75cm wide with 3 steps down into the room and access to the En-suite is via a 24 inch/61cm doorway and there is also a raised threshold to the shower cubicle of 13.4 inches/34 cm.
From the Landing, doorways to both Twin Rooms measure 30 inches/76.2 cm wide and access to the Family Bathroom is via a doorway measuring 24 inches/61cm.
