The village of St Issey is centrally located between Padstow and Wadebridge. The historic harbour town of Padstow is within four miles offering a range of shopping facilities, superb range of restaurants and of course the magnificent harbour.

There is a raised threshold to the arched front door of An Koth Skol and this opens into the entrance hallway. There are raised thresholds to both the Reception Room and Living/Day Room. These three doors are all extra wide measuring 39inches/ 99cm.
All other doors downstairs are at least 30inches/76cm wide and have raised thresholds unless stated otherwise.
From the Reception Room there is a mid winder staircase with 8 treads, 3 corner treads, turning 90 degrees to the left and then a further 7 treads to the master bedroom. The door to the ensuite is 26.5inches/67cm wide. There is a raised threshold to the corner shower unit.
Access to the Boiler Room is via a 29.5inches/75cm wide doorway, and there is a step up into this room.
A second staircase leads to two further bedrooms from the Living/Day Room. This is a mid winder staircase and has 6 treads and 3 corner treads turning 90 degrees to the right and then a further 6 treads to the landing. From here there is access to the family bathroom via a doorway measuring 26inches/66cm and the bedroom doorways measuring 29.5inches/75cm. These two bedrooms are built into the apex of the building and have horizontal beams traversing each room at a height of 6ft/183cm and also have sloping ceilings resulting in limited head height to the sides of the room. There are sky lights that start 25inches/63.5cm above the floor level.
