We understand that you may not be able to book a full week’s stay, so some of our properties offer flexible short breaks, subject to the owners discretion.
(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)

Mid-Season short breaks 2018 – 9th – 16th February, 13th – 27th April, 4th to 25th May, 1st to 29th June and 7th September to 12th October

Contemporary property finished to a very high standard. Acacia's living area is upstairs to make the most of the panoramic countryside views. There are French doors leading out onto a large decked area with steel and glass balustrade. Situated within a few minutes drive from beaches, golf courses and shops it is the perfect base for all families. Access to public footpaths through open woodland.
Upstairs open plan kitchen/living/dining area with patio doors onto decked balcony. 42 inch flatscreen TV, DVD, log burner. Electric range cooker, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine.

Acacia is centrally heated, which is is included in the rental price. Pets are welcome at the property. Non smoking.
Garden - Pretty paved fenced area to the side of the property. Large sun deck to the first floor.
Shed - With garden furniture and a BBQ.
Parking - Ample parking in a bay to the side of Acacia and parking for one vehicle infront of the garage.
Agents Note - The log burner is not in use.
Parking is via a paved area and additional parking can be found next to the property. There is a small step up into the property through the front door. Level access from here to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Turning staircase up to the living, kitchen area and master ensuite. From here there are French doors leading to balcony area with an external staircase leading down to paved picnic area.
