There are two steps up to a raised threshold (3 inches/7.62cm wooden threshold) and the front door of 8 Church Lane. From the Hallway there is a small step (1.6inches/4cm) into the Kitchen and then access to the rear terraced patio garden via French doors, each door measuring 20.5 inches/52cm. There is one small step down (4 inches/10.16cm) and then two steps up to first terrace and a further step up to the top terrace.
From the Hallway a mid winder stair case leads to the first floor. There are 6 treads to the corner, 3 corner treads with a 90 degree left hand turn and a small landing that leads around to the back Twin Bedroom and also to the Family Bathroom with one small step down at the entrance, to allow for the change of floor surface. A further 3 steps from the small landing then gives access to the Master and front Twin Bedroom.
