(In Low and Mid Season, short breaks can be booked at any time. In Special Breaks periods and High Season – short breaks can be booked no sooner than 1 week before arrival date.)

A "dog friendly" modern cottage style property occupying a delightful position nestling alongside the tidal creek at Little Petherick. This delightful property has been comfortably furnished, the enclosed patio offers guests a wonderful position from which to enjoy the wildlife and relax in a tranquil picturesque surrounding.

There is a ramp to the front door of 5 Saints Way. There is access to the rear decked area, via french doors and a second door from the open plan Living Area. There are raised thresholds and one step down at both of these doorways. A spiral staircase with 13 treads, measuring 17.3inches/44cm wide leads to the First Floor. The head height is restricted at either side of the rooms upstairs, as the rooms are built into the roof space. There is a balcony leading out from the Master Bedroom via french doors, each door is 15.4inches/39cm wide and there is a raised threshold to the doorway.
