Padstow Self Catering Accommodation
10 Mill Road is situated in the centre of the oldest part of Padstow, close to the local shops and restaurants and just 200 yards of the harbour. The accommodation is arranged on three floors, the first floor offering glimpses of the Camel Estuary.This traditional Cornish cottage is comfortably furnished and equipped retaining many character features including the hearth. There is no outside space with this cottage, but as this property is so close to the harbour area, this more than makes up for the lack of this facility.Please refer to our Parking Suggestions regarding this property

Entrance to the property is directly from the road into a slightly sloping small internal porch and second door into the kitchen.
There is a doorway through to the living room where you can gain access to the other floors.
There are 13 stairs to the First Floor, this mid winder staircase turns 90 degrees to left after 4 treads, with three treads around the bend and then a further 6 treads. The head height is limited to 65inches/165cm
From the upstairs landing you have access to two bedrooms and bathroom, the bathroom door entrance is only 26.5 inches/67.5 cm. The shower is over the bath and is accessed by stepping into the bath over the side of the bath which is 21 inches/53.5 cm high.
Access to the Lower Ground Floor is also from the living room, through a doorway 28inches/71cm wide, this mid winder staircase has 3 treads of uneven rise, before a 90 degree turn to the right over three treads and then a further 7 treads. Again the head height is limited in places to only 65 inches/165cm.
The Children’s bunk room is part floor boards and part-tiled. The tiled area in front of the wash hand basin and shower is slightly higher than the floor boards, but the rise is no more than 0.25 inch/0.64cm, and there is a step over into the en-suite shower.
On this floor the Cloak room door way is also a non-standard width of just 26inches/66cm.
